Amy joins us to discuss why she began her journey, getting over limiting beliefs, and creating alignment with your own values.
Amy began working in her field because she hated to see others struggle. When we don’t take care of our health, whether it’s physical or mental, it impacts every part of our life and relationships. Taking care of yourself frees up your mental bandwidth and allows you to look after others as well.
When it comes to being financially free, it almost never comes down to how much you earn. Many of her most successful clients are held back by limiting beliefs and fall into the trap of “either or” thinking. Self-fulfilling prophecies and thought patterns are not the truth – you can rewrite the story you are telling yourself. Being aware of what you think can allow you to be consciously involved in creating the life you want.
This last year, Amy has seen her clients struggle more with stress, which leads to a lack of focus and organization. Maintaining optimism during the last year has been difficult, but you have to take care of yourself and keep creating boundaries to generate the balance you need to be productive. The silver lining for Amy’s clients is that they have found creative, new ways to change their processes and make it work for them.
